    For the price, I thought, "why not". I have been using the trio of patches for over 3 months and can definitely tell a difference. You have to give them time to start being effective, but I definitely recommend them for weigh loss maintenance. I am not sure if they really help with appetite suppression, as I don't eat much anyway, but it is very possible that they contribute to my lack of over eating. They are easy to apply but I will say the one side effect is they will leave a small red circle when removed, but nothing of concern. They also stay put even after showering or swimming with them on. If you are considering weight loss options, I'd give Posi patches a try.
